stiffafish So glad I finally found this again! I had a physical copy many moons ago, until somebody 'borrowed' it. First came across Juno Reactor via 'The Mix' magazine when 'Rotablade' was a freebie on the cover disc, still my favourite... Favorite track: Rotablade.

Shirley Rougely I first heard Guardian Angel heavily edited for the theme song of Texhnolyze long ago; a really underrated anime by the way, and was THE song that got me into Trance. Been a big fan of Juno Reactor ever since. Favorite songs on album: Guardian Angel and Mars. Favorite track: Guardian Angel.

έκλειψη λαγουδάκι I did not realize Juno Reactor was on Bandcamp. Well, cool. Favorite track: Mars.
FLESH MECHANIC

FLESH MECHANIC A breathtaking piece of goa trance/psytrance electronica that will grab by the heart all of us 90s kids. Bands like Astral Projection have been vital to my musical evolution and Juno Reactor pulls on these nostalgic strings with ease. Subtle psychedelia and high speed synths will cut through you like a laser. Favorite track: Feel the Universe.

Ben Watkins set out with an idea to be different, and that is exactly what Juno Reactor has always been. The first release, Transmissions, pioneered the Goa style and showed the world what trance music should sound like. Not wanting to conform, Lu.Ci-Ana was released checking in at just over an hour for just one track. Conventional? Absolutely not, and Reactor's third studio album continued to show the diversity of styles and influence with which Watkins could create an album. Beyond the Infinite was originally released in North America in April 1996 and is much darker and heavier than Transmissions, but keeps the dance club accessibility of before. The first single, “Guardian Angel,” has beautiful strings over an oscillating synth that draws the listener in and makes them crave more. “Ice Cube” and “Razorback” are dark, heavy on the bass, and entirely danceable.
